Prices

All prices are shown in Thai Baht unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will use the price shown at the time of purchase.

Payment

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available at checkout or confirmed by our team. Your order may only be prepared or dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

We offer local delivery through rider services such as Grab or other available delivery partners.

Delivery time may vary depending on distance, rider availability, traffic, weather, peak hours, and order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, rider availability, or incorrect delivery information.

Please keep your phone available after placing an order so we or the rider can contact you if needed.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please provide the correct address, phone number, and delivery details. If the rider cannot contact you or cannot access the delivery location, your order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.

Additional delivery fees may apply if a new delivery attempt is needed.

Refunds and Replacements

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos if needed.

We will review the issue fairly and may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds may not be available for issues caused by incorrect address details, missed rider calls, long delays after delivery, or customer change of mind after preparation has started.

Food and Drink Handling

Our drinks and bakery items are made for immediate enjoyment. Please consume them as soon as possible after pickup or delivery.

We are not responsible for changes in taste, texture, melting, leaking, or temperature caused by long delivery times, weather, or delays after the order has been delivered.

Allergies

Some products may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, gluten, soy, eggs, or other allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have allergies or dietary concerns.
